Jon Nudi

Jonathon Nudi was named President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2025. Prior to joining Masco, Jonathon had a distinguished 30-year career at General Mills, one of the oldest and most trusted food companies. During his time at General Mills, Jonathon served in a variety of leadership positions in the U.S. and Europe. Most recently, Jonathon held the position of Group President, Pet, International and North America Foodservice. Before that, Jonathon served as Group President, North America Retail (NAR) for General Mills. Mr. Nudi earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Jai Shah

Jai Shah was appointed to the role of Group President, Plumbing and Wellness in December 2025. As Group President, Mr. Shah has oversight responsibility for BrassCraft Manufacturing Company, Bristan Group, Delta Faucet Company, Hansgrohe SE, Liberty Hardware, Masco Support Services, Masco Canada, Mercury Plastics and Watkins Wellness. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Shah was Group President-Plumbing Products since January 2023. Prior to that, he was Group President-Architectural Products since 2018 and served as President of Delta Faucet Company since 2014. Mr. Shah is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.

Hans-Juergen Kalmbach

Hans-Juergen Kalmbach was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Hansgrohe in August 2018. He joined Hansgrohe in 1998 and has since held positions of increasing responsibility, including Sales Director for Northern and Western Europe, lead of the Corporate Business Development team and oversight for the production and sales subsidiaries of Hansgrohe in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Kalmbach holds a MBA from the Steinbeis Center of Management and Technology in Filderstad, Germany and a degree in business administration from the University of Cooperative Education in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany.

Jill Ehnes

Jill Ehnes was named President of Delta Faucet Company in February 2023. Ms. Ehnes joined Delta Faucet Company in 2002 and has held a variety of leadership roles in information services, product development, customer solutions and human resources. Most recently, she served as Delta Faucet Company’s Vice President, Omnichannel Retail. She has over 20 years of experience gained through a variety of positions at the Company, including leadership roles in product development, eCommerce, customer solutions and human resources. In addition to her extensive experience, Ms. Ehnes holds a degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.

Steve Stigers

Steve Stigers was appointed President of Watkins Wellness in December 2025. A 19-year veteran of the company, Steve most recently served as Executive Vice President, where he led the organization’s revenue growth and long-term strategic planning. Throughout his tenure, Steve has held leadership roles across the North American and International business segments, as well as Global Marketing and Product Development. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.

Lauren Westin

Lauren is VP, Enterprise Digital Acceleration at Masco. She spearheads our digital transformation, driving ecommerce growth, and optimizing our digital presence across all key channels. Her focus is on acquiring new consumers through innovative media strategies and enhancing Masco's capabilities with an upgraded martech stack and partnering with top retailers like Home Depot, Lowe's, and Amazon to expand our reach and impact.

As a pioneering digital product leader for over two decades, Lauren has transformed consumer experiences while developing leaders and empowering teams across global, regional, and local markets in Tech, CPG, and Healthcare sectors.

Rick Westenberg

Richard Westenberg was appointed Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in October 2023. He assumed the role of Treasurer in April 2024. As part of his responsibilities, he also oversees Masco’s Corporate Development and Information Technology Departments. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Motors North America, overseeing the financial management and financial performance of this approximately $125 billion segment, and leading a team across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Mr. Westenberg earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

VJ Teenarsipur

VJ Teenarsipur was named President of Behr Paint Company in October 2025. He has broad experience across the Masco enterprise, most recently serving as President of Watkins Wellness. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President at Watkins Wellness and held positions of increasing responsibility at Masco business units, including Delta Faucet Company, where he had responsibility for Channel Management, Customer Solutions and eCommerce. VJ earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M, and his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School.
